Leonard Barr is a self-motivated finance & accounting professional with over 28 years of progressive experience in the private and public sector. Leonard’s experience includes working for Domino’s Pizza as an Assistant Controller overseeing the accounting and reporting of nearly 20,000 stores worldwide, and most recently leading the accounting & finance function at Alline Salon Group.

Leonard prides himself as being the ultimate problem solver while leading by example with an empowering hands-off managerial approach. In his own words, “At the end of the day, it’s all about creating an attractive and fun culture while being laser focused on the development and achievements of myself and my team in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.” Outside of work, Leonard is a proud dad of his two sons, has two dogs.
